Pinot Noir are the darkest grapes. The champagne is a blend of barrique red wine with no use of malolactic fermentation.

Dosage: 8 g/l




Appearance and colour: attractive and delicate pink crystal colour, subtle bubbles creating a lasting succession of little salmon beads that top the champagne.

Aroma: nose of red berries – strawberries, raspberries, and cherries.

Taste: Very subtle and discrete in the beginning, then increasingly intense and lingering, reflecting the typical components.
