This champagne is a true reflexion of the “Face Nord” Grand Cru grapes from hillsides close to Reims. The wine is produced with no malolactic fermentation so it doesn’t lose any of its elegance and freshness.

Cuvee: 2011 assembled with 30% of 2005 reserve wine
70% Pinot Noir:
30% Chardonnay: Verzenay
Production: 20 000 bottles/year
Dosage: 8 g/l
Appearance and colour: Light colours and subtle effervescence introduce the characteristic note of the Pehu-Simonet house.
Aroma: Apparent are the fruity and fresh notes of ripe fruit.
Taste: An explosion of flavours is nicely balanced by a subtle acidity.
