Appearance and colour: Light golden appearance, bright with a pale green reflexion.
Aroma: Fine nose dominated by notes of pear, lemon, fresh almond and fern.
Taste: Pleasant and fresh palate with a beautiful ending on mineral notes and citrus fruit.
To be tasted as an appetizer, with roasted fish or sushi.
Can be served from now on, or kept in the cellar for 2 to 4 years.
