Bottled in April 2013; bottles stored on wooden shelves.
“Remuage” (riddling) before disgorging.
Dosage: 32 g/l.
Colour and appearance: Light golden appearance with a green reflexion.
Aroma and taste: nose dominated by flavours of pear, with a discreet taste of brioche.
Pleasant and fresh palate.
To be tasted with a dessert or cheese.
Can be served from now on, or be stored for 1 to 2 years.
This Champagne illustrates perfectly the great tradition of 'demi-sec' champagnes. Grandiose, creamy, based on a refined and persistent acidity which gives it a delicate freshness.
