Calcareous, rich chalk in fossils of belemnites from the mesozoic era.
Integrated viticulture methods are followed during production since 1991, respecting the natural environment.
Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in thermo-regulated containers for the Chardonnay wine, and in oak barrels for the Pinot Noir red wine.
Blend of 2011-2012, bottled in April 2013; bottles stored on wooden shelves.
Manual “remuage” (riddling before disgorging).
Dosage: 10 g/l
Colour: Deep pink colouring
Aromas: Nose of red fruit and cherries.
Taste: The palate is fresh and pulpy.
This Rosé brut will be perfect as an aperitif served on your front porch. It fits well with 'Verrines' with shrimps and red fruit based dessert.
